Why Sports Law Matters
Making law in a globalised economy

Agenda-setting interactive workshop,
5 April 2011 (9am to 12.30pm)
Park Plaza County Hall, London

Held on Tuesday the 5th April (0900 – 1230) at the Park Plaza County Hall, immediately opposite the main SportAccord Convention venue, this year’s LawAccord event will set the agenda for the next phase of sport law’s development.  To mark this we are pioneering an innovative, interactive conference format that will be more inclusive than a straightforward panel discussion.   It will be based around a very important piece of international academic research  and will include voting format for key points to gauge the industry’s opinion on the future challenges for sports law.  You will receive your papers a few days before the conference to help you prepare and have your say on the selected propositions for the sessions by submitting your support or opposition statement.  Your input is not only to stimulate lively discussion at the event, the results will contribute to a White Paper to Why Sports Law Matters.
